Let's talk

Tell me what's going on.

I'll give you a straight answer on whether I'm the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.

What to expect on the call

Twenty minutes. You tell me what's prompting the conversation, I ask questions, and we figure out together whether an engagement makes sense.

Bring a quick picture of
  • Your businessTeam size, what you do, how long you've been at it.
  • What's prompting the callA specific issue, a general sense something's off, a new hire coming up, whatever it is.
  • Anything you've already triedA handbook template you bought and never finished, a prior HR person, a payroll provider that handles some of it.
What you'll leave with
  • An honest readWhether it makes sense to keep talking, and why.
  • A rough sense of scope and costIf we're a fit, so you can decide from real numbers instead of a brochure.
  • A clear picture of what you actually needWhether that's working with me, a different kind of help, or waiting until the timing is right.

Before you book

A few things people usually ask.

Is the call really free?

Yes. No obligation, no auto-enrollment into anything. If we both want to move forward after the call, the next step is a short paid diagnostic so I can scope the work properly. After that, you get a written proposal with fixed scope and fixed price. You decide from there.

What size companies do you work with?

Small and growing New Jersey employers, roughly 30 to 75 employees. Smaller than that and you likely don't need me yet. Larger and you probably need an in-house HR lead.

Do you work on retainer?

No. Every engagement is fixed-scope, fixed-price, with a clear start and finish. If you want ongoing support after, we can talk about what that looks like. But it won't be an open-ended monthly bill.

Can you come on-site?

Most of the work happens remote. If an engagement calls for on-site time, like a training, a sensitive conversation, or a culture read, we'll figure that out together when we scope it.

What if I'm not sure I need help yet?

Book the call anyway. Twenty minutes of honest conversation beats six months of wondering. If nothing's urgent, I'll tell you that too.
