Calendly (not me directly) collects your name, email, time zone, and any notes you add to the booking form, then passes that along so I can prepare for the call. Their privacy practices are at calendly.com/privacy.
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically logs basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to run the infrastructure and protect against abuse. I don't use that data for anything.
No analytics, no marketing pixels, no cross-site trackers, no cookies set by me. No account creation, no newsletter sign-ups, no hidden fields in the contact form.
I don't send unsolicited marketing or newsletters. If I ever email you something you didn't ask for, tell me to stop and I will.
I don't sell your data. I don't rent it. I don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.

California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar state privacy law residents: you have additional rights under your state's law, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of any "sale" of personal information (which I don't do). Same process — just email me.
The site is served over HTTPS. Email runs through Google Workspace's standard security. Client files live in access-controlled cloud storage. I'm a one-person practice, so access control is simple: me.
If I update this policy, the new version goes up here with a new effective date. Material changes I'll flag directly if I have your email.
