Phase 1

The Diagnostic

A structured look at how HR actually runs inside your business today — what's in place, what's missing, and where the risk is hiding. You walk away with a written report and a scoped proposal. Yours to keep, whether you go with us or not.

Phase 2

The Install

After the Diagnostic, you choose which modules to install — all six, or just the ones that matter most right now. We build what you select, at a fixed price locked in before work starts. No hourly billing. No scope creep.

Offer letter through day 90. Every new hire gets the same experience no matter who's running it.
Recruiting Process

Job descriptions, interview guides, and a repeatable hiring process for every role you fill.
Performance Management
$1,800 – $2,500
Feedback, reviews, and progressive discipline your managers can actually run. Includes a manager reference guide.
Termination & Offboarding
$1,000 – $1,500
Documented, compliant, and low-risk. The process that protects you when the conversation gets hard.
Policy Foundation
$2,000 – $2,800
Core policies in plain language — NJ compliant, written to be read, and pointed to without embarrassment.

Phase 3

Ongoing Support

After the Install, some clients want the systems to stay current without hiring HR. The monthly retainer handles policy and document updates, quarterly compliance review calls, and annual handbook work. Structured maintenance — not on-call HR.
